South Carolina National Guard Black Hawk forced to make autorotation landing

Two South Carolina National Guard pilots from Detachment 2, F Company, 1-171st General Support Aviation Battalion, were forced to make an autorotation on their Black Hawk helicopter after the aircraft suffered a main rotor failure.

Three on board were able to walk away safely after the rotorcraft landed on a field near I-77.
