VMM-266 conducted aerial refueling training with an Air Force KC-10 on Jan. 15 as it is a requirement for their upcoming deployment.
The unit will next month deploy in support of Special Marine Air Ground Task Force-Crisis Response Africa. Part of their mission requires them to be able to perform an aerial refuel but VMM-266 has yet to refuel from a KC-10 before.
