A Japanese Ministry of Defense spokesman told IHS Jane’s that the government currently has no intention of buying more AH-64D attack helicopters.
Recently, a court penalized the ministry for causing Fuji Heavy Industries (FHI) to incur financial losses after a plan order for those helicopters were curtailed to just 13 aircraft.
