Raytheon has been given the green light from the U.S. government to export Gallium Nitride- (GaN) based Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) Patriot sensor to Patriot Air and Missile Defense System partner nations.
The new sensor will give the Patriot 360-degree coverage.
