MV-22s refueled by KC-10 while inbound to Thailand

Five MV-22s from VMM-265 were refueled by a U.S. Air Force KC-10 for the first time while flying over the South China Sea.

While this was not the first time the Osprey had taken fuel from the KC-10, it was the first in the Pacific region.

The tilt-rotors left Clark Air Base, Philippines for Utapao Royal Thai Navy Airfield, Thailand to participate in Exercise Cobra Gold.
