French aircraft carrier Charles de Gaulle has launched military operations against ISIL in Iraq on Feb. 23.
Four Rafale Ms were launched north of Bahrain on the morning of Feb. 23 towards Iraq.
The carrier is expected to spend eight weeks in the Gulf working alongside American aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson.
