New Zealand’s new SH-2G(I) Super Seasprite has made its first flight at RNZAF Base Auckland today. The crew were CDR Owen Rodger, LT Ben Melville and LT Mark Sharples.

CJ-10 LACM to be designated DF-10
A new photo suggest the CJ-10 Land Attack Cruise Missile (LACM) is officially designated as DF-10. This is unusual as the DongFeng series has so far consist of ballistic missiles.

Five USN DDGs to skip BMD upgrades
The U.S. Navy has decided that USS Howard (DDG-83); USS McCampbell (DDG-85); USS Mustin (DDG-89); USS Chafee (DDG-90); USS Bainbridge (DDG-96) will not receive the Baseline 9C Aegis Combat System upgrade that is required for Ballistic Missile Defense mission.

Philippine Air Force to take delivery of first C295 this month
