WAH-64 made emergency landing on a school field

A British Army WAH-64 attack helicopter had to make an emergency landing on a school field on Mar. 12.

The pilots were on a training flight to Shawbury when the flight management computer gave a warning. Another pilot on board an accompanying aircraft had been a former pupil at Monmouth School and suggested the crew make an emergency landing there.
