FMV testing new software for Gripen C/D

A Saab JAS-39 Gripen with new software is currently undergoing testing with the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration, FMV.

The new software, MS20, allows the Gripen to fire the Meteor air-to-air missile and drop the Small Diameter Bomb. It also contains new features for the radar and has a GCAS (Ground Collision Avoidance System).
