Business Standard revealed that India’s defense ministry has stop responding to Russia’s request on negotiating the FGFA fighter development contract.

Letters obtained by Business Standard showed that Russia had written in on Feb. 9 and Mar. 3 to request meetings to be held February and March of 2015. However, India did not respond to both letters. Russia has rescheduled the talks to between Apr. 6 and 9.
