Taiwan has inadvertently revealed a plan to build a PAC-3 missile base in the southern city of Kaohsiung.

The plans for Kaotan Base was release to the public in the bidding document for the public installation art project.
The military had no say in the decision as the law requires all public facilities to have public art installations on their premises.
This missile base is unique in the sense that it is the first to be constructed from a clean sheet. Current missile bases are conversions of old ones.
