Belarus has started negotiations to buy S-400 air defense system

Belarusian Defense Minister Lt. Gen. Andrei Ravkov told TASS that his ministry has started talks with Russia to acquire the S-400 air defense system.

Ravkov added that it was premature to discuss a time frame on the delivery.
