Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said Syrian government pilots have used newly arrived Russian warplanes to bombard ISIL militants in Aleppo province in northern Syria.
The air strikes were carried out together with ground attacks in the areas surrounding Kweiris air base in the east of Aleppo province.
