Obama said agreement reached with Russia on avoiding air conflicts in Syria

U.S. President Obama said Moscow and Washington have reached an agreement on how to avoid any air conflicts between their military aircraft while flying over Syria.

The Russian Defense Ministry added that all technical details have been ironed out and legal teams on both sides are poring thru the documents.
