Danish F-16 crashed into North Sea

Denmark lost an F-16 when the jet went down into the North Sea off the coast of the western island of Rømø on Oct. 27.

The pilot ejected and was later picked up by a Danish Royal Air Force helicopter. The Danish Defence Command said the crash was due to a fault with the landing gear.
