Turkey cleared to buy 1,000 JDAM kits

The U.S. Congress has been informed on a potential Foreign Military Sale to Turkey for 1,000 JDAM tail kits and 200 BLU-109s.

The estimated $70 million request is for 400 GBU-31(V)1s, 200 GBU-31(V)3s, 300 GBU-38s, 100 GBU-54 Laser JDAM tail kits plus 1000 FMU-152A/B fuzes and other associative parts.
