French forces destroyed an oil facility controlled by ISIL in eastern Syria on Nov. 8.

“We intervened in Syria… yesterday evening with a strike on an oil supply centre near Deir Ezzor on the border between Iraq and Syria,” Defense Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian told journalists.
