Russia to discuss sale of KA-52K to Egypt after equipment are removed from Mistrals

Russia is only willing to discuss the sale of KA-52K naval attack helicopters to Egypt after its own equipment installed on the two Mistral carriers have been removed, Rostec CEO Sergey Chemezov said.

“Egypt has not yet made the request because our equipment has not been dismantled yet from the Mistrals. As soon as the work is over, we’ll be able to offer both our equipment and our helicopters,” he said.
