Argentine Air Force general was against Kfir deal

News reports from Argentina suggests the number three man at the Argentine Air Force was not in favor of getting 14 Kfir fighters from IAI.

Brigadier Mario Roca was against the purchase as the jets lack weapon systems and only six aircraft will come with radars. The Argentine Air Force also raised questions over the export approval by United States for the GE J79 engine. The aircraft also have to return back to Israel for overhauls.
