Military officials who had been briefed on the investigation into the AC-130 gunship attack on a Doctors Without Borders hospital in Kunduz, Afghanistan said the unfortunate event was caused by a combination of technical malfunctions, procedural failures and human errors.

Airbus to offer surveillance and reconnaissance upgrades to A400M, MRTT

Fernando Alonso, head of the military aircraft division of Airbus Defence and Space, said in an interview that his company is keen to offer surveillance and reconnaissance upgrades to its A400M and A330 MRTT.
