No more USAF MQ-1s in Djibouti?

The U.S. Air Force MQ-1 squadron that operates the unmanned aerial vehicle in Djibouti has inactivated on Oct. 7.

The 60th Expeditionary Reconnaissance Squadron flew over 24,000 hours from Nov. 20, 2014 to Oct. 8, 2015. During this period, the MQ-1s neutralized 69 enemy fighters, including five high valued individuals.
