RAF fighters have completed their first air strikes in Syria

An anonymous government source told Reuters that RAF fighters, staged out of RAF Akrotiri in Cyprus, have completed their first air strikes in Syria and returned to base.

The Tornado GR4s have been in Cyprus for nearly a year to conduct air strikes against ISIL targets in Iraq.
