Flight Global reported that Israel Aerospace Industries’ (IAI) Bedek group is making an unsolicited offer to sell surplus C-130Es to France.

France is shopping for four C-130s and two of those aircraft must come with drouge refueling systems. If selected, IAI will upgrade the C-130Es to meet those requirements.
