U.S. Army lifts grounding of aircraft in stateside

The U.S. Army has lifted the five-day grounding of its rotor-craft fleet in stateside, imposed after three mishaps killed eight soldiers in a month.



Gen. Robert B. “Abe” Abrams ordered the stand down so that units can review safety procedures, maintenance and crew preparation.
