A Russian Su-27 was being intercepted by a Swedish fighter on Jan. 15 when it suddenly made “sharp evasive maneuvers in both speed and height”, the Swedish Armed Forces said in a press release.

The unusual move did not endanger both aircraft and the incident occurred in the Baltic Sea just outside the Swedish flight information region.
