P-8A to launch torpedoes off South Carolina coast
Between Feb. 11 to 16, a U.S. Navy P-8A will drop up to twelve torpedoes off South Carolina coast during a training exercise. The torpedoes will be the Mark 54 model and the U.S. Navy is expected to recover them.

Former Sikorsky president killed in P-51 crash
Former Sikorsky Aircraft president Jeffrey Pino was killed when his P-51 crashed in Maricopa, Arizona on Feb. 5. Pino was president of the rotor-craft manufacturer from 2006 to 2012.

INS Viraat will retire as museum in Vizag
India’s oldest aircraft carrier, INS Viraat, will head to Vizag in the state of Andhra Pradesh as a floating museum after its decommissioning later this year.
