Till Mar. 8, the squadron will conduct dissimilar air combat training and bilateral tactical mission training with the Japan Air Self-Defense Force.
This is the ninth-year of the Aviation Training Relocation program. During the exercise, U.S. fighter squadrons from Misawa Air Base, MCAS Iwakuni and Kadena Air Base are dispersed to Tsuiki Air Base, Nyutabaru Air Base, Hyakuri Air Base, Chitose Air Base, Misawa Air Base and Komatsu Air Base.
