Carter to board USS John C. Stennis in South China Sea

U.S. Defense Secretary Ash Carter will visit aircraft carrier USS John C. Stennis in South China Sea today, Reuters reported.

Carter toured USS Theodore Roosevelt in the South China Sea on Nov. 15, 2015 as well. He is currently in the Philippines to observe Exercise Balikatan 2016. USS John C. Stennis is participating in the exercise.
