South Korea says North Korea tried to launch a BM 25 Musudan road mobile intermediate-range ballistic missile early this morning but the launch failed.
Seoul had warned earlier that the Pyonyang might launch a missile to mark the birthday of the country’s founder, Kim Il Sung, on Apr. 15.
