A U.S Air Force RC-135U flying over the Baltic Sea encounter an aggressive Russian Air Force Su-27 pilot who barrel-rolled his fighter over the top of the spy plane on Apr. 14.

“This intercept comes shortly after the unsafe Russian encounters with USS Donald Cook,” Navy Capt. Danny Hernandez from European Command said.
The roll started from the left of the aircraft and end on the right side, Hernandez added.
