Germany plans to invest $73 million to upgrade facilities at İncirlik airbase, Turkey

Der Spiegel reported that Berlin intends to spend $73 million to upgrade the facilities at Incirlik airbase in Turkey for its Luftwaffe detachment.

A majority of the funds will go towards the construction of a command post while the rest are for a ramp, accommodations and a cafeteria.
