RAF took over augmented NATO BAP mission from Belgium

Belgium has handed over the augmented NATO’s Baltic Air Policing (BAP) mission to the United Kingdom on Apr. 28

Four Royal Air Force (RAF) Eurofighters are deployed at Ämari Air Base, Estonia for the mission.

The augmented mission started back in April 2014 at Ämari, since then jets from Denmark, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom and Belgium have been deployed there.
