Russia has started creating parts for the new rail-based ICBM

TASS is reporting that parts for the new Russian rail-based ICBM system, dubbed Barguzin, are being assembled.

A source in the Russian defense industry complex told the news agency that the design documentation is ready but the actual time frame to have the system operational is unclear at the moment.
