An official from Russian Helicopters told RIA Novosti that the company’s Mi-24K testbed will soon test speeds in excess of 240kts.
Andrei Shibitov said the company has decided to split the project into two with the testbed concentrating on maturing technologies to allow rotorcraft to fly at speeds above 240kts.
