A Turkish AH-1 attack helicopter was shot down in the mountains of southeastern Turkey on May 13 and now a video has surfaced showing a fighter with the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) using a 9K38 Igla (NATO: SA-18) MANPADS to down the rotor-craft.
During a press conference at the Air Force Academy, U.S. Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter said he is against the idea of restarting the F-22 production line.
