This year, the bombers are from the 2nd Bomb Wing and the crews executed a 35-hour, 14,000-mile nonstop mission from Barksdale Air Force Base.

Prior to the weapons drop, the B-52 crews conducted air intercept training with Royal Jordanian Air Force F-16s.
