A Hungarian Gripen fighter was lost during Exercise Lion Effort on May 19, 2015 in Czech Republic. Czech authorities have ended their investigation into the crash and handed over the report to Hungary.
Investigators concluded that the blame solely lies on the pilot who had failed to stop the aircraft during landing.
