BAE Systems told Jane’s that the company is in talks with British government officials to launch a fourth flight trials for the Taranis unmanned combat aerial vehicle (UCAV) demonstrator.

The revelation came as Jane’s was given a rare access to BAE Systems’ unmanned systems experimental centre at its Warton site in Lancashire to see the Taranis.
The company also acknowledge for the first time that the first three flight trials took place in Australia between August 2013 and late 2015.
