The 23rd F-22 pilot to clock 1,000 hours

Lt. Col. Brandon Tellez, 525th Fighter Squadron commander, became the 23rd F-22 pilot to clock more than 1,000 hours on the stealth fighter on Jun. 22.

Friends, coworkers, and the 525th FS mascot, greeted Tellez – who has been flying the F-22 for nine years – after his flight at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska.
