Chinese President Xi Jinping was in Serbia last month for a state visit. The Serbian Air Force sent three MiG-29s to escort his 747 into Belgrade.

It has emerged that a Hsiung Feng 3 supersonic anti-ship missile fired accidentally by a Republic of China Navy patrol boat this morning had actually locked-on to a fishing boat and impact the vessel. The captain of the boat – Hsiang Li Sheng – was killed and three others wounded.

The last C-130H to be assigned to Pope Army Airfield departed for good on Jun. 30. #84404, assigned to the Air Force Reserve’s 440th Airlift Wing, left for Davis–Monthan Air Force Base.
