A Indian Air Force Mirage 2000 upgraded by Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd to the final operational clearance (FOC) configuration has flown for the first time.

Dassault first delivered the aircraft in its Initial Operational Configured (IOC) state to HAL which then upgraded it with India specific weapons, mission computer and other sub-systems.
