Dual Mode Plus LGB successfully dropped from Super Hornet

A U.S. Navy Super Hornet has successfully employed two inert Dual Mode Plus laser guided bombs (LGB) during testing at the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division in China Lake, California.

Lockheed Martin says the mission objectives were reached and the weapons impacted fixed targets well within operational performance requirements.
