The Chinese Gaofen-3 radar imaging satellite has transmitted back its first set of images taken with its 1-meter resolution Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR).
Launched from a Long March rocket on Aug. 10, the data transmisision started on Aug. 15 and so far, 2.15TB of data have been received.
