Under the plan, the North Korean capital is segregated into zones and areas where the North Korean leadership may be hiding will “completely destroyed by ballistic missiles and high-explosive shells,” a source told Yonhap.

  1. The US should put 12 Nuclear Armed Cruise Missiles in South Korea . The missiles would be manned by combined American and Korean crews with the codes to fire being held by both and both needed to agree and fire the missiles. Tell Kim that we will move ours when he dismantles his.
