The U.S. Air Force’s Air Combat Command has declared initial operational capability for the QF-16 full-scale aerial target (FSAT) on Sept. 23.

A total of 15 QF-16s are assigned to the 82nd Aerial Target Squadron at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida.
