Germany might relocate Tornado ECRs from Turkey to Jordan, Kuwait or Cyprus

The German Ministry of Defense has been looking at various locations in the Middle East so that it can relocate its Tornado ECR fighters currently deployed to Incirlik Air Base, Turkey.

Ukraine’s plan to test fire missiles near Crimea upsets Russia

Russia’s aviation agency Rosaviatsia says Ukraine has issued a notice that it will test fire missiles near Crimea and the city of Simferopol on Dec. 1 and 2. Moscow summoned the Ukrainian defense attache to hand over a protest note.

Tunisia admits U.S. drones are patrolling along its border with Libya

The United States has been flying its drones along the Tunisian-Libyan border to ward of attacks by Islamic State, Tunisian President Beji Caid Essebsi disclosed on television on Nov. 24.
