Boeing expecting India to issue RFI for twin-engine fighter shortly

A Boeing official based in India said he is expecting New Delhi to issue a new request-for-information (RFI) to build twin-engine fighters in the country.

Pratyush Kumar said the company had received an RFI for single-engine fighter but the company has nothing to offer.

Kumar added that Boeing is willing to establish a state-of-the-art facility to build the Super Hornet in the country.
