The Indian Air Force’s Jaguar DARIN-III upgrade program has been given an initial operational clearance (IOC) on Nov. 23.

Deputy Chief of Air Staff Air Marshal R.K.S. Bhadauria flew in the twin-seat upgraded aircraft and declared the IOC after landing.
The upgrade by state-owned Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL) will keep the fleet flying until 2030.
