The Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) will paint its CF-18 Demonstration Hornet in a new scheme to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the confederation of Canada.

The design was unveiled at the International Council of Air Shows (ICAS) conference in Las Vegas.
Diamonds arranged in the shape of the iconic maple leaf are placed throughout the design. They symbolize Canada’s 13 provinces and territories.
