RQ-4 monitored Chinese warplanes as they flew off Taiwan

Taiwan’s United Daily News reported that a U.S. Air Force RQ-4 Global Hawk was flying high above the Pacific Ocean, monitoring a flight of Chinese warplanes circumnavigating off Taiwan on Dec. 10.

On that day, ten Chinese military aircraft flew to Miyako Strait and head south, avoiding the Taiwan Air Defense Identification Zone (ADIZ), the formation went in a clockwise direction off the east coast of Taiwan before reaching Bashi Channel and turning west to land in China.
